• Downpayment: 5% of selling price – P500,000.00 and below; 10% – Over P500,000.00
• Discount: 10% shall be deducted for cash sale; 10% upon successful ejectment of unlawful occupant/s shall be applied to account, if sold thru installment.
• Term of payment: Maximum of fifteen (15) years but not beyond buyer’s age of 65 on maturity date.
• Interest rates per annum: 6% for 1-5 years, 7.5% for 6-10 years, or 9% for 11-15 years
• Mode of Payment: Post Dated Checks.

REQUIREMENTS:
